UFC makes its first appearance in Qatar this Saturday with a stacked Fight Night card. MMA News reports the official weigh-in results ahead of the event. Qatar becomes the third Middle Eastern country to host the Octagon after the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. The main event promises an intense lightweight showdown between Arman Tsarukyan and Dan Hooker.

Lightweight Showdown Headlines UFC Qatar

Arman Tsarukyan has won nine of his last ten fights, including four consecutive victories. He enters the Octagon for the first time since defeating Charles Oliveira at UFC 300. Tsarukyan was scheduled for a title shot against Islam Makhachev at UFC 311 but withdrew on the day of weigh-ins. Dan Hooker enters the fight with three wins in a row and four in his last six. His last bout saw him defeat Mateusz Gamrot at UFC 305 in a fight that earned Fight of the Night honors.

Co-Main Event Welterweight Clash

The co-main event features former champion Belal Muhammad against Ian Machado Garry in a critical welterweight matchup. Muhammad fights for the first time since losing the welterweight title to Jack Della Maddalena at UFC 315 in May. Garry aims to regain momentum after rebounding from his first UFC loss with a victory over Carlos Prates at UFC Kansas City in April.

Key Fights Across the Main Card

The main card also delivers exciting matchups in multiple divisions. Light heavyweights Volkan Oezdemir and Alonzo Menifield face off in a decisive battle. Welterweights Jack Hermansson and Myktybek Orolbai meet in a tightly contested bout. Heavyweights Waldo Cortes-Acosta and Shamil Gaziev clash in a high-stakes matchup. Flyweight Tagir Ulanbekov fights former Bellator and RIZIN champion Kyoji Horiguchi, marking Horiguchi’s UFC return.
