Mike Tyson revealed his preferred winner for the Canelo Alvarez vs Terence Crawford fight on September 13th.

The bout takes place at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas and streams worldwide on Netflix.
Canelo defends his undisputed super middleweight title while Crawford moves up two weight classes for the fight.

Tyson Picks Crawford but Sees Challenges

Tyson admitted he wants Crawford to win but doubts it will happen against Canelo’s skills.
He said on The Big Podcast, “I want Crawford to win, but it doesn’t look like that’s gonna happen.”
Tyson called Canelo a smart fighter and a powerful puncher, making the upset unlikely.

Anything Can Happen in the Ring

Tyson noted boxing upsets occur, citing Henry Armstrong, a 124-lb fighter who defeated 146-lb champion Barney Ross.
He emphasized that unexpected outcomes are always possible when fighters clash in the ring.

Tyson Observes as a Boxing Scholar

Tyson studies boxing closely, and his insights help fans understand the fight dynamics.
He expressed excitement to watch the match live and see how the super middleweight battle unfolds.
