Rose Namajunas has revealed a new secret weapon in preparation for UFC 324.
The former strawweight champion is training with an Olympic taekwondo medalist.

Namajunas is continuing her flyweight campaign as the UFC launches its Paramount+ deal.
A win could move her closer to a title shot against Valentina Shevchenko.

She now faces Natalia Silva, who stepped in after Alexa Grasso withdrew injured.
Silva is unbeaten in the UFC and known for elite striking.

To prepare, Namajunas brought in Kristina Teachout, a taekwondo bronze medalist from the Paris 2024 Olympics.
The goal is to sharpen kick timing, reactions and striking awareness.

Namajunas said the move reflects her mindset as a complete martial artist.
She believes diverse skills can translate effectively into MMA.

She has also named Shevchenko as the women’s GOAT.
Namajunas rates her above Amanda Nunes despite Nunes’ legacy.
