Former UFC champion and commentator Michael Bisping believes only two of the UFC’s men’s divisions will have different champions by the end of 2026. After a chaotic 2025 that saw 11 title changes, Bisping expects far more stability among male champions. Only Tom Aspinall and Valentina Shevchenko carried their belts from the start of 2025 into 2026, with Aspinall sidelined by eye injuries. Bisping predicts new champions at flyweight and bantamweight, backing Manel Kape to claim gold regardless of whether Alexandre Pantoja earns a rematch, and expecting Merab Dvalishvili to regain his bantamweight title. He declined to predict the featherweight outcome due to his involvement in the upcoming rematch between Alexander Volkanovski and Diego Lopes. Bisping also suggested light heavyweight stability if Alex Pereira remains in the division, though a move to heavyweight in pursuit of Jon Jones could trigger another title vacancy without a fight.
