Gable Steveson will make his debut with The Dirty Boxing Championship at DBX 4 on October 30.
He will face Billy Swanson in the main event at the Pinnacle in Nashville, Tennessee.
Steveson said, “I chase growth every time I compete. Dirty Boxing offers a new challenge and a stage to evolve.”
Jon Jones Promotes DBX Expansion
Jon Jones, co-owner of Dirty Boxing Championship, praised Nashville as the ideal city for the organization’s growth.
He said, “Nashville’s energy, grit, and talent spotlighting make it perfect as we expand nationally and eventually internationally.”
Jones described the event as a historic milestone for DBX.
Rules and Steveson’s Recent Victory
DBX fights follow unique rules: three rounds of three minutes, with championship bouts lasting five rounds.
The rules allow a combination of traditional boxing and other hand-striking techniques, under regulatory oversight.
Steveson recently won his pro MMA debut at LFA 217, defeating Braden Peterson via TKO in one minute and 38 seconds.
Jon Jones cornered Steveson, and the fight streamed on UFC Fight Pass, highlighting Steveson’s dominance and readiness for DBX.
